Recipe for Chicken Bostonian
Soak chicken breasts in milk for a few minutes. Remove and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle both sides with flour. Saute in butter until golden brown on both sides. Add shallots and cook for a minute. Add sherry and maple syrup. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes in oven with temperature at 350 degrees.
Add the lobster tails split in two and the cream. Cook for additional five minutes. Remove chicken and lobster. Stir the sauce and pour over chicken/lobster. Serve with sweet potatoes and frozen peas.
